ROUND ONE

1. Rich B – L. Tomlinson RB, San Diego – Postion Rank: 1st Another successful 1st pick in the draft, lead all running backs in scoring. Imagine if he wasn’t in San Diego

2. Eric – Ricky Williams RB, Miami – Postion Rank: 9th This is your running back. This is what happens when your running back is on drugs, gone!

3. Dave – Clinton Portis RB, Denver – Postion Rank: 5th Had a lot of options to choose from and you can’t complain about the pick at all.

4. Rob M – Priest Holmes RB, Kansas City – Postion Rank: 2nd What hip injury…top running back all year until Tomlinson’s huge final week.

5. Griff – Shaun Alexander RB, Seattle – Postion Rank: 7th Great one week, just good the next.

6. Don – Marshall Faulk RB, St Louis – Postion Rank: 18th Had trouble staying healthy…no longer worthy of a first round pick

7. Molly – Deuce McAllister RB, New Orleans – Postion Rank: 6th Ricky Williams who?

8. Robio – Travis Henry RB, Buffalo – Postion Rank: 12th Consistent all year, but you don’t draft a guy in the first round to be “consistent”

9. Bob – Marvin Harrison WR, Indianapolis – Postion Rank: 6th Are you really hoping to get the 6th best receiver with the 9th pick in the draft

10. Rich C – Ahman Green RB, Green Bay – Postion Rank: 3rd You have to love it when you get a top-three RB with the 10th pick

11. Jeff – Tiki Barber RB, NY Giants – Postion Rank: 14th “Tiki, hold on to the God damn ball!”

12. Matt – Terrell Owens WR, San Francisco – Postion Rank: 12th You never, ever use a first round pick, any first round pick for the 12th best WR in the league.

ROUND TWO

13. Matt – Jamal Lewis RB, Baltimore – Postion Rank: 4th It’s never bad to draft a 2,000-yard rusher in the second round…even if he is a drug dealer

14..Jeff – Daute Culpepper QB, Minnesota – Postion Rank: 3rd Great pick, too bad he was so dominating for the Hurricanes and not the gang. Thanks Colby!

15. Rich C – Edgerrin James RB, Indianapolis – Postion Rank: 10th Can’t complain about this pick, especially when you see the rest of the round

16. Bob – Corey Dillon RB, Cincinnati – Postion Rank: 43rd The best running back on Dillon’s team was a guy named Rudy…the shame.

17. Robio – Fred Taylor RB, Jacksonville – Postion Rank: 8th We’ve always wondered what would happen if Taylor stayed healthy. If he got more ops at the end zone, he’d be top-3.

18. Molly – Charlie Garner RB, Oakland – Postion Rank: 26th But shouldn’t have been. The start of a really pathetic second half of the second round

19. Don – Donovan McNabb QB, Philadelphia – Postion Rank: 13th This was such a bad pick, he was cut three times throughout the season.

20. Griff – William Green RB, Cleveland – Postion Rank: 46th From one pot smoker to the next, he made Ricky Williams look sane and sober

21. Rob M – Curtis Martin RB, NY Jets – Postion Rank: 16th Kept Backstreet from being an elite team…when will the Jets let this guy go?

22. Dave – Michael Vick QB, Atlanta – Postion Rank: 37th Not really that true, only started two games…basically a pick for this season only

23. Eric – Rich Gannon QB, Oakland – Postion Rank: 33rd Was there a Raider that didn’t collapse? Will any Raider get drafted this season at all?

24. Rich B – Stephan Davis RB, Carolina – Postion Rank: 11th May not be a long-term investment, but he got Burrier a division title at the very least, while Foster got him the title

ROUND THREE

25. Rich B – Peyton Manning QB, Indianapolis – Postion Rank: 1st Tomlinson, Davis and Manning…sweet fantasy threesome. Gee, no wonder he won the title.

26. Eric – Eddie George RB, Tennessee – Postion Rank: 22nd Should have been cut. Will someone waste a pick on him this year?

27. Dave – T. Candidate RB, Washington – Postion Rank: 41st Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha…and to think, just about everyone below you would have drafted him too

28. Rob M – Plaxico Burress WR, Pittsburgh – Postion Rank: 27th Another guy who had no business starting most of the year.

29. Griff – Randy Moss WR, Minnesota – Postion Rank: 1st Finally, someone worth bragging about…despite being another pot-head for the Stoners, big reason for Griff’s title run

30. Don – Warrick Dunn RB, Atlanta – Postion Rank: 24th Big reason for last place finish…the little man couldn’t make it through the season

31. Molly – Eric Moulds WR, Buffalo – Postion Rank: 40th The Bills struggled, Bledsoe struggled, so Moulds struggled

32. Robio – Peerless Price WR, Atlanta – Postion Rank: 31st Backup for Dave – No Vick…no Peerless, its just that simple

33. Bob – Antawin Smith RB, New England – Postion Rank: 40th Just never got the touches needed to be worthy of a draft pick, let alone a third-round pick

34. Rich C – Joe Horn WR, New Orleans – Postion Rank: 15th Another third round pick bites the dust…Was picked up by a couple teams, but didn’t help anyone win anything

35. Jeff Hines – Ward WR, Pittsburgh – Postion Rank: 7th Let’s just assume that people will finally stop drafting this guy after Plaxico

36. Matt – David Boston WR, San Diego – Postion Rank: 20th I guarantee he wont be drafted this year…he shouldn’t had been drafted last year

ROUND FOUR

37. Matt – Aaron Brooks QB, New Orleans – Postion Rank: 6th Too many interceptions, too many fumbles…one more average year, he’ll be a backup

38. Jeff – Amani Toomer WR, NY Giants – Postion Rank: 16th Will Toomer ever be a stud receiver…not with washed up Warner and rookie Manning throwing to him this year

39. Rich C – Buccaneers DEF, Tampa Bay – Postion Rank: 4th Really good defense…however, is the 4th best defense worth a 4th round pick?

40. Bob – Jeremy Shockey TE, NY Giants – Postion Rank: 10th Bob gets the Tight Ends going…sadly for him, he choose the wrong one

41. Robio – Tony Gonzalez TE, Kansas City – Postion Rank: 1st Another stud TE for Rob; third year out of four that Robio has had Tony as his TE, the other was Shockey

42. Molly – Brett Favre QB, Green Bay – Postion Rank: 7th He just keeps on chugging along…too bad his dad can’t die before every game…okay that was a little cold.

43. Don – Donald Driver WR, Green Bay – Postion Rank: 47th Damn Don, your draft sucked…Driver wasn’t even the third best receiver on the Packers

44. Griff – Dante Stallworth WR, New Orleans – Postion Rank: 69th We all thought he was going to step up to greatness…however he just took a step back.

45. Rob M – Chad Johnson WR, Cincinnati – Postion Rank: 3rd He had a stud second half in 2002, he was overlooked and the rest of the league lost out on this stud.

46. Dave – Dolphins DEF, Miami – Postion Rank: 5th Consistent, consistent, consistent

47. Eric – Eagles DEF, Philadelphia – Postion Rank: 16th Three D’s drafted in this round; Bucs & Dolphins leads team to playoff…Eagles don’t

48. Rich B – Koren Robinson WR, Seattle – Postion Rank: 24th Not as bad as it may appear…Rich only needed someone to be consistent and that’s what he got.

ROUND FIVE

49. Rich B – Chris Chambers WR, Miami – Postion Rank: 14th I guess if you’re going to wait until the 4th & 5th round, Robinson and Chambers is the best you’re going to get

50. Eric – Rod Gardner WR, Washington – Postion Rank: 38th New rule for Eric this year, you’re not allowed to draft anyone associated with the Gators or Spurrier…got it?

51. Dave – Josh Reed WR, Buffalo – Postion Rank: 55th He was supposed to be the next Peerless Price…he was not.

52. Rob M – Kerry Collins QB, NY Giants – Postion Rank: 20th From 5th round pick to Rich Gannon’s backup…oh how they fall.

53. Griff – Tommy Maddox QB, Pittsburgh – Postion Rank: 17th He looks more and more like the pathetic Maddox that sat as the third stringer in Denver

54. Don – Panthers DEF, Carolina – Postion Rank: 9th Not bad, not bad…you have to like it when you get a top ten defense in the fifth round.

55. Molly – Charles Rogers WR, DET – Postion Rank: 92nd I’m never going to say this again…never, ever draft a rookie receiver!

56. Robio – Torry Holt WR, STL – Postion Rank: 2nd Oh my God, how the hell does this guy last this long? Drafted before him; Rogers, Gardner, Stallworth…fucking nuts!

57. Bob – Steve McNair QB, Tennessee – Postion Rank: 5th Imagine if this guy was on a good offensive team like the Colts or Rams…just imagine

58. Rich C – Todd Heap TE, Baltimore – Postion Rank: 3rd You have to love when you can wait until the end of the fifth round to get a stud TE

59. Jeff – Kevin Barlow RB, San Francisco – Postion Rank: 17th He would have been a great pick here this year, but that won’t happen.

60. Matt – Ravens DEF, Baltimore – Postion Rank: 1st Nice pick up…they won’t be around at the 60th pick in 2004.

ROUND SIX

61. Matt – C. Buckhalter RB, Philadelphia – Postion Rank: 32nd What happens when you have two running backs in the backfield in Philly…you waste a draft pick.

62. Jeff – Bubba Franks TE, Green Bay – Postion Rank: 24th Bubba’s just not living up to the Hurricane TE dynasty

63. Rich C – Isaac Bruce WR, St. LouIs – Postion Rank: 17th You can’t hate yourself for drafting the 17th ranked WR in this round, unless you want to

69. Rob M – Onterrio Smith RB, Minnesota – Postion Rank: 35th He took a chance here and failed, no big deal. Just to many running backs in Viking land
